This hunting lease is leased and not available. Good farm located between South Haven and Grand Junction. You have 3 sections of woods...and the middle island of woods has a shallow pond. Deer tracks were easy to see all over this place. The recent snow shows the steady traffic from the West where the deer come out of the big woods and feed on the leftover standing beans and corn, that was too wet during harvest time. I saw many fresh rubs in every section of timber on this farm.

Parking is along the road. ATV okay for hunting related purposes only but stay off if the crops are in. There is not an access path or trail to the woods.
